MTS Creative Communications Scholarship Award


ELIGIBILITY

All first-year Creative Communications students

CRITERIA     

Applicant will be in good standing with their first-year courses and intending to pursue year two of the Creative Communications program

Applicant will prepare a 250- to 300-word essay on the importance of corporate social responsibility

Applicant will also provide a copy of his/her most recent transcript and two (2) additional written work samples

The Director of Corporate Communications and Manager of Community Investment will consider all qualified candidates and select the winner.

AWARD

The winner will be provided with two (2) ice-level tickets for the Winnipeg Jets vs. New York Islanders hockey game on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the MTS Centre. The winner will also be presented with $500 during the Creative Arts Awards event in April 2013.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Send email application to community.investment@mtsallstream.com
2.     Include “MTS Creative Communications Award 2013” in the subject line
3.     Provide your name and contact information
4.     Attach your essay, a PDF copy of your most recent transcript and two written work samples
