- Volunteer coordination
- Artbeat Studio public gallery management
- Timeline and schedule tracking
2. Special Event planning and Community Development at Satellite Studio
- Volunteer coordination
- Exhibitions and performance events at 444 Kennedy Studio
- Artbeat Annual Vol. 5 production and publication
3. Color Us In Endowment Campaign Fundraising Event
- Volunteer coordination
- Public awareness promotions
- Donor relationship building and recognition
- Prospect database development, Research funding sources (corporate, government, foundations and private)
- Communicates clearly, concisely and correctly in the written, spoken, and visual form that fulfills the purpose and meets the needs of the Artbeat Studio participants as well as external audience.
- Effective decision making that demonstrates creative and innovative thinking
- Demonstrates computer literacy skills in the following areas: desktop publishing (In-Design), database management, internet use (website updates).
- Team player with ability to manage professional relationships with Studio participants and external clients that demonstrates skills in the following areas: conflict resolution, leadership, and networking skills.
- Demonstrates personal responsibility
